Tim brings 30+ years of experience in compliance, remediation design and implementation, risk assessment, site assessment, and due diligence. Tim will be assisting with compliance auditing, spill and stormwater plan preparation. Sectors will include transportation (ports, railroads, airports), and urban development.

Sophie Abro is a resident of Shreveport, LA. She is a 5th grader who loves art, reading and does a lot of community service in her spare time. Lily brings with her twenty plus years of air experience and will be spearheading SNM2R’s Air Quality and Permitting Department. SNM2R’s services now include technical support for Permit By Rule, Minor Modifications, Title V Renewals and sector areas include: transportation air quality conformity, urban development and infrastructure (ports, railroads, and transportation), greenhouse gas emission inventories, and climate change adaptation.
